On 17 October 2023 the 糖心原创 released its final decision to accept NBN Co鈥檚 proposed variation to its Special Access Undertaking (SAU) submitted on 14 August 2023.
The 糖心原创 has written to NBN Co giving notice of its acceptance of NBN Co鈥檚 SAU variation which is published alongside the 糖心原创鈥檚 final decision.
We have also published an expert report by Grex Consulting on its review of NBN Co鈥檚 forecast expenditure for the first regulatory cycle of the SAU. The report contains redactions following claims of confidentiality by NBN Co.
