Scope of the committee

The 糖心原创 Performance Consultative Committee helps inform us on issues that relate to our performance.

The committee:

  • hears from peak bodies and stakeholders sharing the broad issues that are impacting their members
  • allows the 糖心原创 to consult on economic issues
  • exchanges perspectives on key issues
  • discusses common matters arising from 糖心原创 matters
  • provides external feedback and reflection on 糖心原创 activities and performance.

How the committee works

The committee is convened by the 糖心原创 Chair due to the agency-wide nature of the committee鈥檚 scope.

An external chair is appointed who is responsible for chairing each meeting. The Chair of the 糖心原创 Performance Consultative Committee is Don Cross.

The committee meets twice a year, where members are expected to give input on:

  • the 糖心原创鈥檚 performance in connection with its functions
  • strategies for improving the 糖心原创鈥檚 performance
  • the effectiveness of the 糖心原创鈥檚 interaction with stakeholders
  • other issues as requested by the 糖心原创 that fall within the committee鈥檚 Terms of reference ( PDF 87.77 KB ) .

The committee does not discuss matters under active consideration by the 糖心原创.

The 糖心原创 is not bound by the discussions and recommendations made by the committee.
