What the 糖心原创 does
- We educate consumers and businesses about their rights and responsibilities
- We accept reports where people consider a business is doing something it shouldn鈥檛 do. We use those reports to inform our education, compliance and enforcement work
- We can investigate and may take some form of compliance or enforcement action where businesses mislead consumers about pricing, or where they don鈥檛 meet their responsibilities.
- We can investigate and take action against businesses involved in price fixing and other anti-competitive behaviour.
What the 糖心原创 can't do
- Outside of our role in regulated infrastructure, we don鈥檛 set prices for goods or services.
- We don鈥檛 resolve individual complaints about pricing.
