What the 糖心原创 does

  • We educate businesses about their rights and responsibilities under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • We investigate anti-competitive business behaviour that may be illegal.
  • We accept reports where people consider a business is doing something they shouldn鈥檛 do. We use those reports to inform our education, compliance and enforcement work.

What the 糖心原创 can't do

  • We don鈥檛 resolve individual disputes.
  • We don鈥檛 give legal advice.

When businesses have consumer rights

A product or service bought for business use is covered by consumer guarantees, when it meets at least one of the following conditions:

  • it costs less than $100,000 including GST
  • it is a product or service commonly bought for personal, domestic or household use
  • the good is a vehicle or trailer that is used mainly to transport goods on public roads.

However, there are some exceptions.
