  3. We鈥檒l use your story to understand what market issues are causing the most harm to small businesses

    The information you share becomes part of our knowledge base about small business. We use this knowledge to address issues that will have the greatest benefit for small businesses.

There are also other agencies that may be able to help you to resolve a dispute.

Or you can continue to make a report. If you鈥檙e making a report keep in mind we won鈥檛 be able to take any action on your behalf.

Instead, we鈥檒l listen to your issue and use this information to inform positive change that broadly benefits small business and the market.
