On 20 January 2026, Perth Car Care Pty Ltd, trading as Caffissimo Australia (Caffissimo), lodged exclusive dealing notification N10000583.

Caffissimo operates a network of 19 cafes under a franchising model across Western Australia.

Caffissimo intends to require its franchisees to:

·        purchase core products such as coffee beans, food items and packaging from suppliers nominated or approved by Caffissimo

·        use approved point-of-sale systems, software and technology platforms

·        source shop materials, furniture, fixtures, signage and brand elements from approved contractors

·        use exclusively Caffissimo-branded uniforms, packaging, menus and promotional materials.

Legal protection provided by an exclusive dealing notification commences immediately when the notification is lodged, and will continue unless or until the notification is revoked or withdrawn.
