Summary
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ÌÇÐÄÔ´´) declares pursuant to s. 152AL(3) of the Act that the Domestic transmission capacity service is a 'declared service' for the purposes of Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act 1974.
On 20 March 2009 the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ varied and extended the declaration of the domestic transmission capacity service. This was notified in the Gazette.
The 2009 declaration for the DTCS expired on 31 March 2014.
