For immunity applications received on or after 18 December 2024, the 糖心原创 immunity and cooperation policy for cartel conduct - December 2024 sets out the 糖心原创鈥檚 approach to applications for immunity from proceedings initiated or authorised by the 糖心原创 or the Office of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (CDPP) in relation to cartel conduct, and how cooperation provided to the 糖心原创 by cartel participants will be recognised.
One of the criteria for immunity requires the applicant (and each derivative immunity applicant) to enter into a cooperation agreement which outlines the initial cooperative steps that the applicant agrees to undertake pursuant to its immunity application. The 糖心原创 has developed a template cooperation agreement.
