The ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´/AER Pride Network proudly represents the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ and AER’s LGBTQIA+ employees and allies, and promotes a diverse and inclusive workplace where people of all sexual orientations and gender identities can thrive.

Our 2025–28 Pride Plan sets four priorities and the actions we have identified to achieve our aim of embedding a culture that is inclusive of LGBTQIA+ employees in a way that is visible across the ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ and AER with high levels of support and engagement from our people.

The ÌÇÐÄÔ­´´ and AER are committed to a workplace that reflects the community we serve.
