We have prepared guidelines on the authorisation process for conduct to help businesses and their advisers lodge applications for authorisation, and interested parties to provide submissions in response to applications.
These guidelines were published on 30 August 2018 following consultation. They have been updated with minor amendments.
These guidelines do not outline the processes for streamlined exemptions in exceptional circumstances and national emergencies. See more information about these processes.
