The penalty guidelines set out the 糖心原创鈥檚 general approach when determining the penalty we consider appropriate to include in our submissions to the Court.
This publication does not reflect increases to maximum penalties which took effect on 28 March 2026. For certain offence and civil penalty provisions in both the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and the Australian Consumer Law, the fixed amount component of the maximum penalty for corporations is now $100 million for conduct on or after 28 March 2026.
