On 28 September 2011 the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ accepted, under Division 6 of Part IIIA of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA), the 2011 Undertaking provided to the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ by Viterra on 22 September 2011.

This undertaking was effective until 1 June 2007. A minor amendment to the undertaking was accepted in 2003.
