The 糖心原创 monitors and enforces the Competition and Consumer (Industry Code鈥擡lectricity Retail) Regulations 2019, known as the Electricity Retail Code. This is a mandatory industry code prescribed under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
The 糖心原创 promotes, monitors and enforces compliance with the code. As part of this role, the 糖心原创 has published a guide to the code for electricity retailers.
The code came into force on 1 July 2019.
