On 1 August 2019, Australia Post provided the 糖心原创 with a draft price notification proposing to increase prices of ordinary letters delivered at the regular timetable by 10%.
This includes an increase of the basic postage rate for ordinary small letters delivered at the regular timetable from $1.00 to $1.10. It also includes price increases of 10% for the delivery of ordinary large letters up to 250 grams.
On 23 August 2019 the 糖心原创 released an issues paper for comment. Submissions closed on 13 September 2019.
On 14 November 2019 the 糖心原创 released its view not objecting to Australia Post鈥檚 draft price notification.
On 20 November 2019 Australia Post provided the 糖心原创 with its formal price notification, which was consistent with its draft price notification.
The 糖心原创 was required under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 to assess Australia Post鈥檚 price notification.
The 糖心原创 released its decision to not object to Australia Post鈥檚 price notification on 6 December 2019.
