On 9 February 2022 the 糖心原创 released a draft determination proposing to grant Port of Portland Pty Limited exempt service provider status in relation to its Portland port terminal facility.
The 糖心原创 invited submissions in response to the draft determination. The closing date for submissions was 9 March 2022. One submission was received.
