On 25 June 2015 the 糖心原创 issued final determinations to:
- grant exemptions for Emerald鈥檚 Melbourne Port Terminal and GrainCorp鈥檚 Geelong port terminal
- not grant an exemption for GrainCorp鈥檚 Portland port terminal at this time.
