On 19 April 2010, ARTC withdrew its proposed undertaking dated 22 April 2009.
ARTC indicated that it would finalise a revised undertaking in light of stakeholder submissions and the 糖心原创鈥檚 comments on the original undertaking, and that it would submit the revised undertaking to the 糖心原创 in the near future.

ARTC lodged a revised access undertaking application for the Hunter Valley Rail Network with the 糖心原创 on 7 September 2010.
