Issues paper29 May 2009
The 糖心原创 released an issues paper as part of its assessment of the proposed access undertaking. Submissions were due by 26 June 2009. ARTC provided further information after this date and the 糖心原创 received further submissions in response to that additional material. The 糖心原创 also received consultancy reports on the proposal. The 糖心原创 extended the statutory decision making period to allow sufficient time to consider all of the information provided.

The 糖心原创 requested further information on the undertaking application on 12 October 2009. ARTC responded on 1 December 2009.

The 糖心原创 extended the period for making a decision on the undertaking application. The date by which the 糖心原创 endeavoured to make a decision was 22 April 2010.
