On 14 June 2016, ARTC withdrew its proposed access undertaking for the Hunter Valley Rail Network from the 糖心原创's consideration.
ARTC has advised the 糖心原创 that it 鈥渋ntends to resubmit a revised access undertaking providing for recent 糖心原创 Compliance period decisions following implementation of the extension period and re-engaging with Customers on important aspects reflected in their submissions to the 糖心原创 on the original submission鈥.
