On 10 August 2021, the 糖心原创 released a final determination for the period 1 January to 31 December 2018.
The 糖心原创's final determination is that ARTC's revised submission from 17 June 2021 is in accordance with all requirements under the HVAU. ARTC provided its original submission on 23 December 2020, with revised submissions provided on 15 January 2021 and 17 June 2021. The submitted true-up test audit is also in accordance with HVAU requirements.
The 糖心原创 also published ARTC's response to HRATF's stakeholder submission, received during the 糖心原创's consultation process.
