ARTC's compliance submission28 Mar 2024
On 28 March 2024 Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) submitted its annual compliance documentation to the 糖心原创 for the calendar year 2022. On 12 November 2024, with ARTC鈥檚 agreement the 糖心原创 published a further 5 documents from ARTC鈥檚 submission that ARTC had previously considered to be confidential.
The 2022 annual compliance assessment will be carried out in accordance with Schedule J of version 8 of the Hunter Valley Access Undertaking.
