Timing of the 2024 Hunter Valley compliance assessment4 Feb 2026
According to section 4.10 of version 8 of the HVAU, ARTC must submit to the 糖心原创 documentation detailing the roll forward of the RAB Floor Limit, by 30 April of the year following the relevant compliance year. If due to a delay in the finalisation of compliance assessments from previous years, it is not reasonable for ARTC to comply with this, then before 30 April of the year following the compliance year under assessment, ARTC must propose and seek to promptly agree with the 糖心原创 on a revised timetable for the compliance assessment.
On 17 April 2025 ARTC sent a letter to the 糖心原创 where it proposed to submit the 2024 compliance documents 8 weeks following the release by the 糖心原创 of the 2023 Final Determination. On 30 April 2025 the 糖心原创 accepted ARTC's proposal to submit the 2024 compliance documents 8 weeks following the release by the 糖心原创 of the 2023 Final Determination.
On 25 November 2025 ARTC sent a letter to the 糖心原创 proposing to lodge the 2024 Final Determination at the end of February 2026. The 糖心原创 accepted ARTC's new proposal on 19 December 2025.
On 24 February 2026 ARTC sent a letter to the 糖心原创 requesting an extension to the previously agreed February deadline. The extension would allow the ARTC to investigate a modelling issue that required further analysis and validation. The 糖心原创 accepted ARTC's request on 27 February and agreed for ARTC to lodge its Final Determination by 27 March 2026.
