In December 2011, ARTC submitted a proposed variation to the accepted Hunter Valley access undertaking to the 糖心原创 for assessment. The proposed variation relates to the determination of the efficient train configuration and initial indicative services.
The 糖心原创 consulted on the variation application and sought further information and clarification from ARTC before releasing a draft decision in May 2012 to not accept the proposal. In August 2012, ARTC withdrew its application from the 糖心原创鈥檚 consideration. ARTC submitted a revised variation application to the 糖心原创 in September 2012, which the 糖心原创 accepted.
