On 13 April 2021, the 糖心原创 released its Draft Decision on ARTC鈥檚 March 2021 variation to the Hunter Valley Coal Network Access Undertaking and invited stakeholder submissions.
Stakeholder submissions closed on 3 May 2021. The 糖心原创 thanks stakeholders that provided submissions, and notes the submissions were considered as part of the decision making process.
