On 26 September 2019, the 糖心原创 issued a notice to extend the period of the 2008 Interstate Access Undertaking until 30 June 2020. This notice is in response to ARTC's 29 July 2019 application to vary its 2008 IAU to extend the period for which the 2008 IAU is in operation.
