Drawing on submissions to the 糖心原创's issues paper and ARTC鈥檚 application, the 糖心原创 sought further information and clarification from ARTC on its proposed undertaking. However, on 15 October 2007, ARTC withdrew the proposed undertaking from the consideration of the 糖心原创.
