Information request 122 May 2018
On 22 May 2018, the 糖心原创 sent a request to ARTC to provide further information relating to its Regulated Asset Base and capital expenditure to support the assessment of the proposed undertaking.
On 20 June 2018, ARTC requested an extension until 6 July 2018 to provide the information requested by the 糖心原创 in its 22 May 2018 notice. The 糖心原创 has accepted the request and varied the notice of 22 May 2018 to extend the date for providing information to 6 July 2018. The period from 22 May to 6 July 2018 constitutes a specified period for a response to the notice under subsection 44ZZBCA(1) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
On 7 July 2018, ARTC provided its initial response to the 22 May 2018 information request. The 糖心原创 reviewed ARTC's claims of confidentiality in relation to this response.
On 13 September 2018, ARTC provided the 糖心原创 with final versions of its public and redacted response to the 22 May 2018 information request. ARTC agreed to make the majority of the response publicly available.
On 16 November 2018, Pacific National made a submission in response to ARTC's response to the 22 May 2018 information request.
