On 13 September 2019, the 糖心原创 published an issues paper setting out the 糖心原创's preliminary view and questions for stakeholders, in respect of ARTC's proposal to revalue the Regulatory Asset Base (RAB) on the Interstate network. Submissions were due by 4 October 2019.
