On 4 September 2012, ARTC submitted to the 糖心原创 a proposed variation to the undertaking. The proposed variation relates to the incorporation of the Southern Sydney Freight Line (SSFL) and applicable access charges into the undertaking.
On 10 April 2013, the 糖心原创 made a final decision to consent to ARTC's proposal.
