Draft decision 14 Aug 2013
The 糖心原创 released a draft decision on 14 August 2013 seeking comment on the preliminary views contained in the draft, and on Emerald鈥檚 draft revised undertaking. Submissions from interested parties are due by 28 August 2013.
The 糖心原创 republished its draft decision on 23 August 2013 with minor typographical amendments on pages 55-56.
Draft revised undertaking
On 31 July 2013 Emerald provided the 糖心原创 with a draft revised Undertaking along with draft revised Indicative Access Agreement and Port Loading Protocol documents.
