Proposed undertaking15 Apr 2009
On 15 April 2009, GrainCorp Operations Limited (GrainCorp) submitted an Access Undertaking (the Undertaking) to the 糖心原创 for assessment under section 44ZZA of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (known as the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) from 1 January 2011).
On 24 September 2009, GrainCorp withdrew the Undertaking dated 15 April 2009 and re-lodged a revised Undertaking.

The 糖心原创 released an Issues Paper on 29 April 2009 regarding the Access Undertakings (the Undertakings) submitted by ABB Grain Ltd (ABB), Co-operative Bulk Handling Ltd (CBH) and GrainCorp Operations Ltd (GrainCorp), and the 糖心原创 invited submissions on the Undertakings from interested parties.
