AWB's supplementary submission
AWB鈥檚 submission to the 糖心原创 Draft Decision regarding GrainCorp鈥檚 Proposed 2011 Undertaking dated 15 April 2011 makes reference to views contained in AWB's letter to the 糖心原创 of 7 April 2011 regarding Viterra鈥檚 management of the 2012 season shipping stem.
AWB has requested that the 7 April 2011 letter be a published document for the purpose of 糖心原创鈥檚 Draft Decision on GrainCorp鈥檚 2011 Port Terminal Services Undertaking.
Agreement to stop the clock
The 糖心原创 and GrainCorp agreed under section 44ZZBC(4) that the period from 17 May 2011 to 21 June 2011 inclusive will be disregarded in working out the expected period for the 糖心原创 decision under s 44ZZBC.
Draft amendment notice
The 糖心原创 released for consultation a draft amendment notice and explanatory statement for comment. Submissions were due by 15 June 2011.
