On 5 July 2022, Viterra published a notice on its website inviting applications for long-term capacity under a new set of Port Loading Protocols, including changes to its capacity allocation system, effective 1 October 2022. Viterra notified the 糖心原创 of the proposed changes on 6 July 2022.
On 25 July 2022, the 糖心原创 commenced a targeted consultation process on the proposed variation to Viterra's capacity allocation system. Submissions to the consultation process were due on 2 August 2022.
On 31 August 2022, the 糖心原创 approved Viterra's capacity allocation system as varied.
On 21 August 2025, Bunge Global notified the 糖心原创 that following its acquisition of Viterra Limited, including Viterra Operations Pty Ltd, it has renamed Viterra Operations Pty Ltd as Bunge Operations Pty Ltd. This means Bunge Operations has become the:
- port terminal service provider at Port Giles, Port Lincoln, Thevenard and Wallaroo
- exempt port terminal service provider at Port Adelaide Inner Harbour and Outer Harbor.
