On 10 June 2025, the 糖心原创 released the final report on its inquiry to make a final access determination for the Domestic Transmission Capacity Service (DTCS).
The 2025 DTCS final access determination sets out both price and non-price terms and conditions for access to the DTCS.
The 2025 DTCS final access determination largely rolls over the existing price and non-price terms, with minor changes to the pricing formula to remove terms no longer required under the new service description.
The new final access determination will take effect on 1 December 2025 and expire on 31 March 2029.
The new DTCS final access determination instrument has been published on the public register of access determinations.
