In 2025, the 糖心原创 reviewed its approach to determining the weighted average cost of capital (WACC) when performing our economic regulatory functions under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (CCA).
We engaged Cambridge Economic Policy Associates (CEPA) to advise on the methods that the 糖心原创 should adopt.
On 1 August 2025, CEPA provided its draft WACC methodology report to the 糖心原创.
On 6 August 2025, we commenced consultation on CEPA鈥檚 draft report.
On 25 November 2025, CEPA provided its final methodology report.
On 28 November 2025, we published a statement on our approach to WACC as well as CEPA鈥檚 final methodology report.
