The 糖心原创 is holding a public inquiry under Part 25 of the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth) about proposals to make final access determinations for 3 voice interconnection services:
- The mobile terminating access service
- The fixed terminating access service
- The fixed originating access service
Final access determinations are written determinations that may set out the terms and conditions for accessing specific declared services.
This inquiry follows the 糖心原创鈥檚 recent decision to extend the declarations of these services until 30 June 2029 following a public inquiry. The 糖心原创 also extended the declarations of 4 other services following the same public inquiry.
