Consultation on application-to-person (A2P) SMS record keeping rules30 Apr 2026
The 糖心原创 has published a consultation paper and draft instrument outlining the proposed application-to-person (A2P) SMS record keeping rules. The 糖心原创 is proposing to collect information from the mobile network operators regarding their wholesale arrangements in the provision of A2P SMS termination services and wholesale A2P SMS services.
We encourage interested parties to make submissions in response to the consultation paper and the draft instrument.
Submission can be emailed to rkrinbox@accc.gov.au and are due by 5 pm (AEST) on Friday 29 May 2026.
