In August 2003 the 糖心原创 released an information paper on bundling in the telecommunications industry. The information paper outlines the approach that the 糖心原创 would be likely to use when assessing whether or not specific bundling conduct in the telecommunications industry is anti-competitive. In preparing the paper the 糖心原创 was assisted by two reports by NERA.
