On 26 October 2016, the 糖心原创 released a discussion paper seeking views on a range of issues relevant to whether the 糖心原创 should declare a domestic mobile roaming service. In addition to the discussion paper, the 糖心原创 also released a guide on the inquiry for consumers.
Submissions to the discussion paper are now closed.
