On 24 August 2015, the 糖心原创 released its final decision on the mobile terminating access service (MTAS) final access determination.
To assist the 糖心原创 in making this final decision, WIK-Consult provided the 糖心原创 with a revised report on the benchmarking study in response to submissions to the draft decision released in May 2015. The 糖心原创 has released this revised report along with the final decision.
The 糖心原创 also released a final decision on the non-price terms and conditions applied to the MTAS in part of a joint consultation for all declared services. The final access determination instrument which incorporates both the price and non-price terms and conditions for the MTAS is attached to the final decision below and can also be accessed on the 糖心原创 public registers.
This MTAS final access determination will apply from 1 January 2016 to 30 June 2019.
