On 28 June 2019 the 糖心原创 concluded its inquiry into the domestic mobile terminating access service (MTAS) and released a final report on its findings.
The 糖心原创 has decided to extend the declaration of voice MTAS for a further five years and remove the declaration of SMS MTAS. The variation to the service description to remove the declaration of SMS MTAS will come into effect after a six month transition period.
The 糖心原创 thanks all stakeholders that made submissions and for their engagement throughout the inquiry.
