ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ consultation papers

On 20 December 2011, the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ published the SAU and released a consultation paper. The consultation paper invited submissions, set out an overview of the legislative framework for the assessment of the SAU and the SAU itself, and set out the process that the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ intended to follow for the assessment of the SAU.

On 10 February 2012, the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ released a supplementary consultation paper. This consultation paper provided guidance on what the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ considered to be the key issues associated with the SAU and sought to gain a more detailed understanding of stakeholders’ views.
