Consultation paper12 Nov 2012

On 12 November 2012, the ��ԭ�� released a consultation paper on the 28 September 2012 SAU. Submissions to the paper were due by 11 January 2013.

��ԭ�� consultation paper

On 10 December 2012, the ��ԭ�� held a stakeholders forum to discuss the issues raised in the ��ԭ��'s consultation paper on the 28 September 2012 SAU. The discussion at that forum is confidential to those who attended.

NBN Co withdrew the 28 September 2012 SAU and re-lodged it on 18 December 2012. The ��ԭ�� extended the consultation period until 18 January 2013 noting that the re-lodged SAU contained different terms and conditions relating to non-price matters, as well as other amendments that NBN Co states “clarify the operation of the SAU”.
