The 糖心原创 released draft explanatory material (or guidelines) relating to the non-discrimination provisions of Part XIC.

Submissions

The 糖心原创 sought submissions from stakeholders on the draft guidelines, including any views on the 糖心原创鈥檚 approach to applying the non-discrimination and related provisions, and any other issues identified in the draft explanatory material.

Submissions were due by 3 February 2012.
