The 糖心原创 has commenced consultation on non-price terms and conditions and supplementary pricing issues for a number of related declared services:
- fixed line services and wholesale ADSL service
- mobile terminating access service (MTAS)
- domestic transmission capacity service (DTCS)
Given these inquiries will cover a number of related issues regarding non-price terms and conditions and supplementary pricing issues, the 糖心原创 considers there are benefits in conducting a combined consultation process on these issues.
On 23 May 2014, the 糖心原创 released a position paper on non-price terms and conditions and supplementary pricing issues seeking views on these issues.
On 30 October 2014, the 糖心原创 released a discussion paper on non-price terms and conditions only.
On 8 December 2014, the 糖心原创 sent a request, asking for comments on the drafting of certain non-price terms and conditions.
On 25 March 2015, the 糖心原创 released its draft decision on the non-price terms and conditions. The draft decision also includes price terms for connection charges for fixed line telecommunication services.
On 24 August 2015, the 糖心原创 released its final report on the non-price terms and conditions for the final access determinations.
