In January 2003 Telstra lodged core service undertakings with the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ specifying the terms and conditions upon which it undertook to meet its standard access obligations to supply the domestic PSTN O/T services, the ULLS and the LCS for 2002–03, 2003–04 and 2004–05. The ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ released a discussion paper relating to these undertakings in March 2003 and sought submissions from industry. Only non-confidential submissions are available on this site.
Telstra lodged undertakings in November 2003 which replace these undertakings lodged in January 2003.
