Discussion paper 6 May 2015

On 6 May 2015, the ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ released a discussion paper regarding the superfast broadband access service declaration inquiry.

The discussion paper sought industry views regarding whether a superfast broadband access service should be declared and the scope of any service description. The ÌÇÐÄÔ´´ can declare a service if it is satisfied that doing so would promote the long-term interests of end-users (LTIE) of carriage services, or of services supplied by means of carriage services.

Submissions to the consultation paper closed on Friday 19 June 2015.
