On 17 July 2024, the 糖心原创 issued a consultation paper seeking views from interested stakeholders on the draft 糖心原创 Telecommunications (Infringement Notices) Guidelines 2024.
Submissions on the draft guidelines closed on Wednesday 14 August 2024.
The 糖心原创 communicated the outcomes of the consultation and issued the final guidelines in September 2024.
