Form of notices for changes in control18 Dec 2020
The 糖心原创 has approved the attached forms for the purposes of subsections 151ZB(2) and 151ZB(4) of the Telecommunications Act 1997. Corporations subject to a functional separation undertaking are required to notify the 糖心原创 of changes in control of the corporation who gave the functional separation undertaking to the 糖心原创 and must do so in the approved form.
