The 糖心原创 has published explanatory material relating to the carrier separation rules in Part 8 of the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth).
The guidance is intended to assist industry in understanding the superfast network separation obligations and how the 糖心原创 will consider whether network operators have complied with them.
